No — anyone can file a patent, including an individual.
Having a business is not required to file for a patent. More so, any individual can file a patent in the US, you don’t need to be a US citizen.
This means you don’t need a business to work with us either.
We work with enterprise-level companies, small businesses, startups, and individual innovators as well — it’s you, and your idea that matters, not your business background. :) However, we do recommend you make your idea part of your business plan.
